Hi there,
We are having issues with our website being stuck in Maintenance mode.
We could not log in to disable the plugin normally – so we disabled the plugin via ftp – then cleared caches to refresh the site.
But the issue has not been fixed – only cleared. We checked the error log and found the following issue crop up in our Woo Commerce Debug:
2018-12-05T04:50:30+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Class 'av_privacy_class' not found in /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/admin/register-admin-options.php:879 Stack trace: #0 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-superobject.php(198): include() #1 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-superobject.php(146): avia_superobject->_create_option_arrays() #2 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/avia_framework.php(97): avia_superobject->init() #3 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php(141): require_once('/home/l******k/...') #4 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-settings.php(426): include('/home/l*******k/...') #5 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-config.php(80): require_once('/home/l*******k/...') #6 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-load.php(37): require_once('/home/l*******k/...') #7 /home/l******k/public_html/sydney/wp-blog-header.php(13): require_once('/home/lily in /home/******k/public_html/sydney/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/admin/register-admin-options.php on line 879

I jhhave not yet updated to wordpress 5.0. I did try to manually update the siote during the week, but that gave me a White Screen of Death. So I reverted to the older version of the theme. Can you investigate and advise as to best practice.
This is our busiest time of year…so we need our site to be up 24/7.
Many thanksDecember 7, 2018 at 11:55 pm #1042249Hi Amajjika
I am only a participant here as well but I got some questions coming up while reading your post:
a) Since when has the website been stuck in maintenance mode?
b) Which plugin are you referring to?
c) Which PHP version is the server running on?
d) Which Enfold version are you using? 4.5.1?
e) Are you using a child theme?Without any detailed information it will not be possible for anybody here to help you.

MichaelDecember 8, 2018 at 12:02 am #1042252HI Michael,,
I have renamed the plugin via FTP and cleared the cache which has the site back online.
But the issue has not been fixed – just papered over for now.a) It had been down for approx 24 hours.
b) minimal coming soon maintenance mode
c) 7.0
d) 4.4.1 – I tried updating to 4.5 last week and it took down the site – so I reverted. Also running WordPress 4.8.1 – want to wait for the kinks to be ironed out before updating to 5.0
e) Not using a child theme.Cheers

In your case I am guessing the combination of Enfold 4.4.1 and WordPress 4.8.1 (both outdated) may cause these error messages.
Why has the website been down for about 24 hours? Did you update or change anything and it happened afterwards?Best

Could you post a link to your site so that we can have a closer look please?

Thanks for that, though the site is loading fine on my end and there is no maintenance mode. Maybe I’m missing something here?
