The content on the Edit Page doesn’t load. The little wheel keeps turning and turning. I can no longer change or add any content.
I disabled the plugins, so that is not the problem. What to do?

Thanks for your answer.
The first advice is to upgrade the Enfold. When I try to do this, I get the following message:

“The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.
Enabling Maintenance mode…
Updating Theme Enfold (1/1)
Downloading update from T…
An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
Disabling Maintenance mode…
All updates have been completed.
Go Back to Enfold Theme Panel”

And nothing has happened with Enfold..
What is meant by “A valid URL was not provided”? Other themes do get upgraded without any problems.

Hi,

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

Thank you for the reply. Can you give me a link to the enfold.zip that contains 4.5? I have not been able to find that.
