    Since updating to 4.5 from 4.4.1, my site is missing several blogs, the “categories” in the side bar are gone, the sliders are not working as well as the sliding text within the sliders and the page layout below the slider has much more space before headline. I saved my site prior to a tech with Mojo Marketplace working his magic to get 4.5 installed. I tried updating it and I kept getting an error code “Download Failed: A valid URL was not provided.” Since this tech was able to update to 4.5 my site is all messed up. What do I do? Can I pay you to do the update correctly? Today I restored my site to the 4.4.1 version. However, I suspect I must update to 4.5.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the FTP access, I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.
    Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
    Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.

    You Rock! I am thrilled and grateful. The WP Dashboard changed with 4.5 (nice!) and the website looks great. Thank you so much for updating to 4.5.
    1. Question, In the 4.5 Enfold menu there is a request that I need an Envato API token as the old API key will no longer work soon. Should I do this now (I read the easy step by step instructions)? 2. Also, I tried to figure out how to delete the “enfold-old” via ftp. I scoured my host site (tutorials and articles) to learn how and I’m stuck. UGH! Is it important that I delete the “enfold-old”? I want to take you up on your offer. You’ve done a lot already, so I don’t want to overstep your generosity!

    Hi,
    Glad to hear you are happy. I would recommend getting your Token key sooner than later, here is a post about how, I’m not sure if it’s that same one you read. I deleted the “enfold-old” for you.
    Unless there is anything else we can assist with on this issue, shall we close this then?
