Hi, good day.

How is it possible that somebody can send the contact form without filling up the required field? I think they can also bypass the captcha.
I’m receiving empty mails.

Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly, or use a plugin like this in order to upload the new zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/.

Hi,

important: We can’t update woocommerce because of some compatibility issue with other plugin

question: can we update the theme to its latest version without any issues with woocommerce 2.6.13 version?

Hi pandaweb,

Thanks for the update, though we don’t know if there are any issues with the latest version and that version of WooCommerce. Maybe you could try to perform the update on a staging version of the site first to check that everything works as it should?
