I obviously haven’t updated in awhile but when I tried to today it kept giving me this error.
An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
I tried to set up the API key to update automatically but that isn’t working and when I tried to upload the new enfold.zip it still gives the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
I would advise you to update on a staging version of the site first though, since the version you are running is very old and a lot of things have changed in the theme since then.
