    Hey classywebsites,

No it’s not, just like WordPress 5.0 we are also still in development.

    Best regards,

    Hi Rikard,

My concern is our hosting provider GoDaddy automatically updates everyday to the latest WordPress (full release).

I meant fully tested on WordPress Beta 3 in my original post.
If Enfold 4.5 is fully tested on WordPress 5.0 Beta 3 it’s probably almost/fully compatible with the final WordPress 5.0.

User @crtdude said: “As noted elsewhere, other them devs have enabled a checkbox disabling the Gutenberg editor within their theme’s environment. I would expect Kriesi to do the same…”
    Please see:
    Enfold 100% compatible with Gutenberg

The checkbox is a great idea!

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, things are still a bit unclear with 5.0 unfortunately. There are speculation everywhere on what is going to happen, I think the likely outcome is that Gutenberg will be included in 5.0, but the classic editor plugin will be added with it, so you would actively have to remove that plugin in order for Gutenberg to be the default editor. The release is set for November 19, it remains to be seen if that actually happens though.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
