Any ideas why the accordions won’t open on this page?

    Hey havanamusictours,

You are getting error messages from your autoptimize plugin. Could you try disabling it to see if that helps? You could also try some general debugging methods if that doesn’t have any effect.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I tried this options and it is not working… The accordions work on all of the other pages but this one. Any other ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Issue seems to be related to Autoptimize plugin as Rikard suggested. Have you tried de-activating it to see if that helps?
If it does not, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though we will need to verify that it’s not working without those (looks like you have two) your caching plugins. Are we allowed to disable them for testing purposes?

Just a reminder on when to not use a caching plugin.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I deactivated all plugins but it didn’t make any difference unfortunately. Have you done any changes or customisations to any of the theme files?
Could you try to overwrite the theme files in case something was corrupted? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Just tried to overwrite… Nothing. This is so weird, this page is similar to my other pages with accordions. Any other ideas?

    Thank you!

Here is a response from my host developer:

“I fixed the one js issue but its because for some reason the theme is looking for the jquery.js here:

    https://havanamusictours.com/jquery.js

so I went ahead and copied the jquery.js from the WP install:

    ./wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js

to the root of the WP install

    https://havanamusictours.com/jquery.js

and it did fix that initial js error but there is a new one now:

ncaught TypeError: b(…).not(…).filter(…).mediaelementplayer is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.a (wp-mediaelement.min.js:1)
    at i (../jquery.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (../jquery.js:2)
    at Function.ready (../jquery.js:2)
    at HTMLDocument.K (../jquery.js:2)

I would ask them why the theme is trying to look for jquery.js in the root of the WP install and I can only assume other issues arising from this which is why its still not working and throwing a new error.

    Regards,

    – Justin”

    Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
