    Hello,

    I recently renewed my support for the Enfold 2017 theme, but whenever I try to update through the theme update option I get this problem:

    How do I solve this?

    Hey covenantgroup,

    The automatic updates are not working at the moment due to a change in the Envato API unfortunately. Could you try updating manually instead please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly.

    Hi,

    I would recommend that you do it yourself, you can simply go to Appearance->Themes and delete the old version of the theme, then upload the new version and activate it. If you can’t do that then please post WordPress admin login details and FTP login details in private. Also make sure to have a backup of the site present in case anything should go wrong.

    Alright I’ll provide my admin login details and FTP login details. Want to avoid making mistakes. Seeing as 4.5 released today, the theme will be updated to that (current) version? Many thanks!
