    Sorry for the problems, I had a look at the page you linked to but it looks like you have changed themes? In order to help you out we need to be able to see the actual problem.

    thank you for your response.

    Yes, I have changed the theme. I also decided that i don’t want to keep the Enfold theme. I am not happy with the Theme. For me it is to bloated.

    So, please cancel my order and refund my money.

    We do process all the refunds if we see that the file is not downloaded, but if the file is downloaded that is not a part of the refund process unfortunately.

    are you kidding?

    It is your problem to offer a test trial of licence agreement so that you can control the usage of your theme.

    I repeat: I don’t use your theme which is not good for me.

    I ask you again to refund my money. What is wrong with your company? Are you cheaters?

    I have never seen such a bad customer support like I experience here with kriesi.

    So again, I want my money refund immediately!
