    Hello,
    I have a strange effect on a new website with enfold: the animated elements are unvisible. They are only animated and visible like configured, when logged in to backend.

    I use a plain child template from here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/
    I have no error on web developer’s console.
    What could be the problem?

    Make sure you update the header in the child folder as well

    Hi,

    Are you running any caching on the site? Did you try to disable all functionality under Enfold->Performance? If none of that makes any difference then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Thank you very much for your hints. Nothing worked. But I found the issue now: the problem was caused by a misconfigured plugin “WP-PIWIK”. “WP-PIWIK” is not loaded when logged in to admin backend, that’s the reason why animations worked then.
    Disabling the plugin solved the problem.
