    Hi,

    I’ve seen this issue in a couple places, but none seem to describe exactly the issue my client is having. The front end of the site is fine; however, in WordPress, when they click on a page to edit, the Advanced Layout Editor never loads. There’s a spinning circle to indicate that it’s loading but it never happens. This is occurring across all user accounts.

    Any advice would be helpful.

    Hey Megan,

    You are running an old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly since some file have moved in the most recent version of the theme.
