    Hello Support,

    On the top of the homepage of this site, https://www.hearthsidefoods.com/, we’re using a Color Section element with a video background. The element is set to “At least 75% of Browser Window height”. There is a background image as well.

    The element is not opening at 75% of the browser window height until the video loads in. This just started happening yesterday (Sunday / California time). Before yesterday, the element loaded at 75% of the browser window with the background image clearly visible, even while the video was buffering in to place.

    Also – it seems the entire page quits loading until the video is finished buffering in to the browser.

    Any ideas how to fix this for a better user experience? Especially since it is on the homepage of the site. Again – just started happening within 48 hours of this posting.

    Hey Greg,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .home #av_section_1 {
    min-height: 511px !important;
}

    Hello Rikard/Support,

    There was a cache plugin that was creating the problem. I didn’t know the plugin was installed.

    I appreciate you jumping in on this – my apologies for posting this as it turned out to be the plugin.
