Ocurrió un error al actualizar Enfold: Descarga fallida. No se ha facilitado una URL válida.
Could you help me, please?
Thank you.
Best Regards.September 3, 2018 at 2:40 pm #1004985Hey cincosentidos,
I took a look and see that your PHP Time Limit is set to 30s, this should be set to “no limit” or at least 120s
as changing this setting is different from host to host, please ask your host to assist.
*update – the dev team has identified a issue with Theme Forest updater and has released a fix. Please give this a try also.If this update error continues, please try to update via ftp
Please note that if you update via FTP, you will need to remove the old theme folder “enfold” first then upload the new “enfold” folder at /wp-content/themes/enfold/
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.Best regards,
MikeSeptember 3, 2018 at 5:01 pm #1005053I just tried the first option and the problem persists.
Because of my limited knowledge of computer science I will need technical attention from my provider to be able to try any of the other two options, and see if this is resolved and updated.
By the way, most of the subject ENFOLD appears to me for use in wordpress in English and I wanted to know if it can be configured to be complete in Spanish
Thank you very much and I will keep you informed of the resolution of the problem.
Thank you very much

September 4, 2018 at 11:33 am #1005445I have wordpress in Spanish and everything in wordpress appears in Spanish. The problem I have with ENFOLD, that when I’m designing parts of the web, there are ENFOLD texts that appear in English and other ENFOLD texts that appear in Spanish.
Thank you and have a nice day
September 4, 2018 at 12:39 pm #1005489Hi,
Enfold is not fully translated to Spanish yet. We rely on user contributions and we’ve not received fully translated language files (po/mo files) from our community yet. You can use a plugin like Loco ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ ) to translate the remaining text strings. We’re always happy to include updated language/translation files in upcoming theme updates.
Best regards,
DudeSeptember 4, 2018 at 1:34 pm #1005543Well, we will continue waiting for new translations in future updates. Thank you very much for your great work.
Best regards

January 27, 2019 at 3:03 pm #1059354Hi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 28, 2019 at 10:54 am #1059574Good Morning. I tried again and the problem continues. I provide them with private access to my wordpress, since my knowledge about these computer topics is very limited. Thank you very much in advance.
January 29, 2019 at 7:52 pm #1060158Hi,
Thank you for the credentials. I checked your site and I can see the update options is available now.
Please deactivate all plugins and try to update from the theme options > update options.
If that does not work please update the theme using an FTP client and register using a personal token. This should fix the issue in the future.
Best regards,
Vinay -
