Thanks for that, the details for the first site didn’t work but the second one did. I see that you are running Enfold 3.8.5, some files have switched places between that version and the current one (4.4.1), so you might have to update manually no matter what. Could you try that out please? After that we can investigate why the automatic updates are not working when there is a new version of the theme out.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Please send FTP details for both sites in private, also make sure to have proper backups of the site and provide instructions for us how to restore a backup if anything should go wrong.

Thanks for that, the details in your last post worked for both sites. I updated the absolutehair site and everything seems fine, could you check and verify please? I wanted to update the salon site as well, but the WordPress details you posted earlier are not working anymore. Could you check those details and post new ones as well please?

About PHP version; we support all PHP versions down to 5.6, so PHP 7 is not needed, but it’s much better performance wise.
