    I purchased the code to update my Enfold theme.
    I added this Enfold API key at the theme update page.
    The theme updates reads; you are running the latest version 3.3.2 no updates available.

    When I check dashboard > updates >
    it reads ; you have installed the latest version of wordpress. 4.9.8-nl_NL

    How can i get it al up running to the latest version.

    My hosting provider is changing to PHP 7.1 and the old 5.6 won’t function anymore next week.

    Have you tried installing via FTP?

    Install or update Enfold Theme

    Hello,

    I downloaded the latest Enfold version 4.4.1
    As in the video I installed it with filezilla on my server.
    After installing it still show the old version of Enfold.

    What could be wrong?

    Thanks for the feedback. Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also include FTP details if we should need to have a look on the server as well.
