    Hello,
    I contact you because there is a problem in the preview of the image gallery on the Iphone “Safari” browser.
    The error is: when you click on one of the images and the slideshow starts… the image randomly disappear after a second. What does not allow the correct visualization of each one of the images.
    Is there any way to fix this error in the template so that it does not interfere with the correct interaction of the user?
    I have some clients who are complaining

    Hey millamiariu,

    Thanks for the login details, it looks like you are running an old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete or rename the old version before uploading the new version.

    Also, it look like you have two child themes installed, why is that?

    As you have indicated to me, I have updated the theme and I have deleted history, cookies and all the files stored by the mobile of the design website from my Iphone, and the same thing keeps happening.

    Hi millamiariu,

    I still see the Enfold 3.6.1 being used. Did you not update the theme?

    Thanks for the feedback, I see that you have two installations of the theme now. What happens if you delete the old version?
