I can’t seem to get the videos to look the same on the same page. I checked the settings on YouTube and they are identical. I then checked the settings on the page between the various boxes and content boxes….the same. Here is the page: https://globalvitiligofoundation.org/abstract-highlights/
You will notice that the top boxes only have the link. You can see that the bottom boxes have the play button, title and options. I even went so far as to make a copy of the one that is working and then just changed the URL to point to the correct video…. no luck.

February 3, 2021 at 7:24 am #1277253Hey trexperts,
Please check the URLs, so that they are correct. Please see private.
If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 4, 2021 at 3:28 pm #1277736Thank you for the quick reply. Removing the one part of the URL helped for the second one, but the first one is still not working correctly.
February 7, 2021 at 1:45 pm #1278437Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login, I examined your video elements and I didn’t see a reason for the error. I used the Avia Layout Builder Debugger to copy your page to my localhost to test without plugins on a clean install and the first video showed the play button correctly, please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
The main difference, besides your plugins, is your PHP version 7.0.14, where I’m using v7.4.14
If you could try updating your PHP version on your server, and then clear your browser & server cache.
If this doesn’t help, try disabling your plugins and then enable one at a time until the error is identified.Best regards,
MikeFebruary 8, 2021 at 8:49 pm #1278807Thank you for the response. The last time we updated the PHP it created serious issues with the website. We had to roll it back in order for the theme to work correctly. I assume these issues have been resolved by now?
February 9, 2021 at 2:58 pm #1279100Hi,
Thanks for the update, Enfold is fully compatible with PHP 7. If you are worried about the update, then I would suggest that you try it out on a staging site first.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 10, 2021 at 1:39 am #1279278We updated our PHP to 7.3.4 and the issue is still there. My IT guy said something about an “s tag”. I have no idea what that might be.
Updating caused another issue. I am not receiving the dreaded 500- Internal Server Error code.
February 10, 2021 at 5:43 pm #1279564We have now updated WP to 5.6.1 and PHP 7.2.17 and one of the boxes fixed itself. We tried updating the PHP all the way, but it gives us the 500 error. Rolling it back some helps fix that. Is there an incompatibility issue between the most recent PHP/WP/Enfold?
February 11, 2021 at 12:35 am #1279627After playing around and checking and double-checking settings in WP, Enfold, and YouTube we uploaded the video a second time to YouTube and used that link instead. That fixed the problem. Most bizarre.
February 11, 2021 at 9:22 am #1279691Hi,
Thanks for the updates, so everything is working as it should now then?

RikardFebruary 11, 2021 at 11:31 pm #1279874Yes! Thanks for the help.
