Youtube videos in gtranslate

In order to load different videos for each translated language i add the path of the translated version in -a- tag with data-gt-href-xx attribute where xx is the language code. Here is an example :”

Sorry i use the “-” instead of the “<” and “>” not to interprete the line in this textbox

That works fine in a textbox and i get the correct link. But that is not im looking for as i want to embedd the videos

Is there a possibility to use that code in the “video media element” or is there at least a workaround to get the same result?
