    kindly see the following two links (see private content)

    First link shows youtube videos while second does not show only third video. I have tried everything but failed. Can you please help?

    I also want to thank you for recent enfold theme update as my website’s google pagespeed has increased to 85. Amazing update.

    I can see all videos except for the third one on the testimonials page, is that what you are seeing on your end too? Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    Did you set the privacy setting of the third video to “unlisted” instead of “public”?

    Hi. I just checked my website. What specific privacy setting are you talking about? I saw there is no such setting on video module of enfold theme.

    Also, if you are talking about a youtube setting, then why is the video working fine on my homepage?

    Again, my problem remains unsolved. You have changed settings to “wait for user interaction to load video”. That is not a solution.

    Please help me resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    Yes, I am referring to the youtube settings. Did you check it?
    I’m not really sure why it doesn’t work. I would like to check it again but I can’t access the dashboard. What is the login url?
