    Usually I just have to paste the link of a youtube-video in the “Text”. But unfortunately WordPress doesn’t convert the link to a video anymore. I haven’t installed any new plugins. I don’t have a clue why the video is no longer displayed. I don’t want to go through Youtube’s embed function and a plugin seems to be unnecessary.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I added the video as a link and it seems to be opening in a lightbox now. Would that be ok for you? This is core WordPress functionality and not really related to our theme. I’m not sure why the auto-embed is not working on your installation though, as far as I know this is still a part of WordPress.

    OK. I like the “Lightbox”-Option very much. But also thank you to make clear that it´s a core-issue. This helps me a lot too.

    Ok, great. If you were using the Layout Builder then I would suggest that you use the Video element.
