    Hi,
I embedded a YouTube Video in a full-width slider and activated the checkboxes for hiding on medium/small/very small screens.
For mobile/tablet use I created a copy of the video as a standard video element, which I hide for large screens.

On my iPad 4 mini (2048x1536px) on Portrait mode, I see the video element correct, but if I switch to landscape mode the full-width slider is activated and the fallback image is not responsive anymore. (On Dev Tool’s emulator it’s correct)

    – Any way to fix this with media queries – especially to prevent other conflicts with iPad sizes (Pro, 9,7″, ..)?
    – I don’t use autoplay, so maybe I can modify the theme files, as I do not really need this fallback image?
    – I tried it also with a smaller preview image, but the Theme blows them also up full-width. For me would be enough show on landscape a small image with a 40x40pc play button and a link to YouTube

What would be the best solution to fix this?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hey Marcel,

Thanks for the link and screenshot, though I can’t see the video element on your actual site? Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though I get an error message when trying to log in:

You must acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy

How can we get around that?

    Best regards,

    Hi Rikard,
just activate the Privacy checkbox on the login form. This checkbox comes from Enfold Settings “Privacy and Cookies”.

“I agree to the terms and conditions laid out in the [av_privacy_link]Privacy Policy[/av_privacy_link]”

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Did you set the background attachment property of the fallback image to “fixed”? There is no option for that by default but maybe, you’ve found a way to change it via css or something.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
