    Hi, the video is not playing on mobile. How do I enable the color section such that the video will start playing on mobile as well?

    Hello, did anyone else encountered this problem as well? How do I enable video to play on mobile phone?

    Hi,

    Autoplay videos are disabled on mobile unfortunately, you could add another section though with the regular Video element and select to show that on mobile only. You can also select to use a fallback image in the Color Section element.

    Hi,

    Not necessarily. Autoplaying videos on mobile is not an easy feat to accomplish without hacking. That’s why I mean it’s a device limitation not a theme or software limitation.
