My Youtube video stopped working. I see it on my computer but people from other countries can’t! Please help. it is embarrassing for my company having a black screen instead.

The video on your site is playing fine on my end, I’m not familiar with the service you linked to so I’m not sure it’s reliable.

RikardIt is fine on my end (I am in Miami, FL) also but it takes forever to load the video and my customer, being in Ecuador, have tested the site in a few computers and the result is the same as the service I linked, blank screen and no video. Everything else in the site is fine. It is an issue only with the video.
Please help me here and use a creditable tool which allows you the same testing results. We need to check how people are looking at this site from other countries other than USA because we service worldwide. And the thing is that that video is right on the face as the main feature of the site when people open the link. Having the video for some customers and a black area for other countries is like having a body with no head. Please help us here. Thank You!Victor

Thanks for the feedback, the theme isn’t responsible for any restrictions in content being loaded. There might be restrictions imposed by Youtube or by the ISP which the user in Ecuador is using, but that is out of our control unfortunately. Are you sure that they are not simply on a bad connection?

RikardNo, definitely is not a bad connection as I have tested my site by going to youtube and grabbing any other youtube video available (I mean any video) and plugged into my FullScreen Slider and the same thing. It doesn’t work.
I even created from Avia Layout Builder two more instances using many videos on “Easy Slider” and “Video”. They do not work. Is not connection, it is the theme somehow preventing from playing sliders. I can see it because it is in the cache but people from other states and countries can not. I have my theme updated and wordpress to its most current version. Do not know what else to do. Please help.
