try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

At first loop, i can see the thumbnails. At second loop, there is just black…Thanx

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

I’ve installed a fresh theme with FTP.
The problem of thumbnails still occurs.
I’ve tried on another web site, because I’ve got several licenses of Enfold. And it’s the same problem on Easy Slider’s thumbnails.
First you can see the thumbnails for the slides, but when it loops back to the first slide, the movie thumbnails don’t appear. Just black…Thank you throw a glance

I’m not sure if it is a theme issue or youtube issue but let’s figure this out… have you set the thumbnails in youtube following these instructions?

When you embed the youtube video on a page are you able to view the thumbs?

No, I’ve not set the tumbnails on Youtube, because it’s not my movies.
But yes I’m able to view the thumbs in an embed video, or at the first loop of EasySlider.
But at second loop of EasySlider, all Youtube’s thumbs disapear…

This is the default behavior of the videos in the slider. If the video played or ended and the slider move to the next slide, the video will not revert back to its original state. If you really want to show the thumbnails, add a slider, set the type to “Image Slide” then go to the Captions panel. Set the “Apply a link or buttons to the slide?” to “Apply a link to the image” and the “Image Link?” to “Set manually”. Add the url of the video. The video will open in a lightbox once the slider image is clicked.

But sorry, you don’t understand the problem. The problem don’t occur when the video is played or ended.When the “easy slider” is loaded and appears, you can see the thumbnails of each youtube’s slide.
But when the “easy slider” loops back to the first slide, the movie thumbnail don’t appear anymore. Just black… And I haven’t clicked anything on the “easy slider”…Just purchased another license of enfold, for another project, and the same problem occurs.
It’s strange to see a loop of black thumbnails…Autorotation is ON for 5 sec / slide

Thank you for the explanation but I understand the issue just fine. Once you clicked the next or previous button or the slider auto rotates, it will trigger an event, the video pause event. This is to ensure that multiple videos cannot play at the same time. Once a video event ( play, pause, ended etc) has been triggered, it will no longer display the thumbnail. You can only go back to the video’s initial state, the one with the thumbnail, by refreshing the page.
You can contact codeable if you really need the thumbnail. They will try to enhance video or youtube api: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

Ok I understand now the concept of triggering the “pause” event. We don’t know if video is playing, so pause is always trigged.
I will turn off auto-rotation, so the last thumbnail will be visible.RESOLVED
HI Ismael I have the same problem and am trying to follow your instructions:

However it does not it opens on the youtube page the vimeo one is good. I would like to have both open in a lightbox. how can I do this please?

IsmaelI am sorry, its under the bear on the right. however I now just uploaded it it vimeo. so the youtube link that was not working is gone now. So my problem is fixed. Thanks for your help. However the youtube problem still exists but I am not worried about it anymore :) Thanks as always for all your help. You guys are great!
