    I heard from a client that he couldn’t watch the videos on his Mac computer when he used Firefox! Is this correct and could this be fixed?

    All YouTube videos on the page work fine for me – http://i.imgur.com/TlJM7LM.jpg
    If they are using any browser add-ons, please ask them to disable and check once again.

    Can they view YouTube videos on other websites or on YouTube?

    Hi!

    Looks like you added the video by using a third party plugin. Try to use the Video element instead.
