Hi there,
Every link we had to a youtube used to pop up in a lightbox, but now they’re sending people off-site. Where can we control of if video links like youtube pop up in a lightbox or if they send people off-site?
Example: scroll down on this page until you see the blue play buttons and click any of those links

Have you tried to use buttons?
If you don’t want to use buttons, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

It’d be great to know how to turn on/off the ability to show video links in lightboxes so that we have the flexibility to use text links or buttons if we wish – please explain how to use either, thanks!

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I noticed that you had a child theme that has a header.php that overrides the parent theme.
Please update it to the latest header.php, if you have made modifications just add them back and that should fix the lightbox issue your having.
You can test this by switching to the Enfold theme and lightbox should be working fine.
