    Good morning. I inform you after updating the theme 4.5.5, the shop page (built with woocommerce) is no longer working. I tried to make a backup last night, but the problem continues to persist. Can you please solve it?

    Good morning Rikard,
    ok, I will try to supply you with more info as possible.
    this is how the page should be:

    I built this page instead of the one provided by woocommerce by default and set it as a shop page. I use the classic WordPress editor, not the block editor.
    Yesterday morning I updated Enfold to 4.5.5.
    You can see the results:

    whereas I could not at all upload the page on Firefox.

    Therefore I did a complete backup to April 7. But this did not solve the problem of page shop, which is the only one that did not function after the update.

    Therefore through the technical staff of my hosting (siteground), they just removed Enfold folder replacing it with an older one because some codes of 4.5.5 had not been rewritten with the backup.

    I hope you can understand better now what happened to me.

    Hi,

    Please enable debug mode by adding the code provided in this link to your functions.php file which can be accessed from Appearance > Editor

    This lets you view the shortcode for all the page elements of the shop page (in a textarea below the layout builder area).

    Please copy the shortcodes in the private content area or create a WP admin account for us so we can get access to it to check if we are able to reproduce on our dev server.

    Hi,

    I think I found the problem.

    I added the possible fix to our dev repo. I hope Kriesi will merge it for 4.5.6. Can you wait for this release?
