    So, I have two installations of Enfold on two different websites.
    Since the latest update, from both websites, every few days, I get the following email: I have done a reinstall of the theme files over and over, uploaded the zipped file to the server and then copied the unzipped files to the themes many times. but every few days keep getting this email:

    You can even disable these emails.

    Hi Victoria, The site actually crashes every few days. so I can’t disregard the message.
    Can you please help me figure out what’s wrong and how I can fix this error?

    hi Rikard,
    Unfortunately, this is a live site with subscribers, I can’t really disable the plugins for that reason, and also the websites crash every 2-3 days. So i will have to have the websites offline. But then also when there is no traffic on the websites, we might not get a true test.
    The thing is, it used to work before the latest update of the theme. Are there any other ideas?
    I can also send you the error that come up in the php-errors file.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. This is not a general problem with the theme, so we would have to test different things to find out the cause. If you can’t change things on your live site, then please copy it to a staging site, so that you can test things there instead.

    Thanks for your patience, Rikard. I will set up a staging site and get back to you on that.
    I just wonder if without the traffic going to the site, we will encounter the same problems, because obviously it crashes after a certain duration of time with some code that’s getting hit. Anway, I will copy the whole website over to a staging site and let it run a few days and see what happens.
