    Thanks for contacting us!

    We have implemented the requirement for a valid ThemeForest support period in order to be able to post on the support forum. This has been a requirement for ThemeForest authors for a long time, but we wanted to wait as long as possible to implement it. Here’s a statement from @kriesi, as to why this was implemented:

    The main reason is basically that it is long overdue since ThemeForest requires it from its authors, and I was asked to finally comply with this rule

    You will still receive theme updates and read the threads on the forums however if you would like to start new threads, you would need to renew your support period. As mentioned, this is a requirement by Envato/ThemeForest and as ThemeForest exclusive authors, we have to abide to their rules.

    1- I checked your pages however font size is 16px on those pages on my end. I attached a screenshot in private content field below. Please clear cache and refresh your page a few times.
