    I have a problem with my Yoast plugin together with my Enfold theme.
    Da data I enter in the snippet is not shown on Google:

    Can you help me figure out why?

    Hey Camilla,

    I’m not sure if you are expecting immediate results? You will have to wait until search engines actually index your site and update their search results, that can sometimes take a long time. You should at least wait a couple of days, and check the index status in your webmaster tools.

    In Webmaster tools, go to “fetch as Google” and fetch your home page with rendering on… then when you submit, tick the option to submit that page and all linked pages. Within 24 hours you should see a re-scan appear in the index. It is not instantaneous.

    Thanks a lot the easy-to-follow advice @goldengate415. I really appreciate it!
    The changes I made are more than one month old, but I hope this does the trick.

    Hi,

    It can sometimes be very slow unfortunately, but if the info you want to be indexed is on your site then it’s available for all search engines to index. It’s not really a problem with your theme or the Yoast plugin.
