    Hey guys,

    I’m having issues with the Yoast SEO plugin, neither the category sitemap nor the post_tag sitemap are showing up. I tried the trick of manually including every category and tag but that doesn’t do anything for me.
    Any ideas?

    Hi Ashton!

    Are you talking about the XML sitemap that the plugin generates at Dashboard > SEO > XML Sitemaps? It seems to be working on my end. Have you contacted the plugin authors? Send us a link and we’ll take a look.

    Hey Elliott,

    Yeah I’m talking about the xml sitemap. The sitemap_index.xml, generates just fine as well as the portfolio-sitemap.xml and
    portfolio_entries-sitemap.xml

    just the post_tag-sitemap.xml and category-sitemap.xml aren’t being generated somehow. Do you need the username and password?

    I haven’t contacted the plugin authors yet.

    Hi!

    I think the Yoast team would be better equipped to solve this problem to be honest, could you try contacting them first to see what they have to say?
