    I use yith advanced review. But I cannot reply to a review. The people of yith looked at the problem and the say Enfold is the problem.
    So….can you help?

    Hi again ;-)

    Sorry for the lat reply. Had a long holiday.
    No they just said the following:
    I did a test on my site and seems the there is an incompatibility with your theme. When I click on Reply or edit button, the form to add a reply or edit a review doesn’t show.

    I suggest you to talk to your theme developers and explain their the problem, maybe they can take a look to this problem and they can provide you a fix.

    ……. So….. can you help?

    If I do that. The star rating automatically says 0 stars. This is something we do no want.
    Maybe you know anotger good review plugin ?

    Hi,

    To be honest I haven’t tested any review plugins because for most users the standard WooCommerce reviews are sufficient. You could try this plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-product-reviews-pro/ which comes with a 30 day money back guarantee if it doesn’t work. If you notice any errors please report back and I’ll check the code again.
