Hello,
When I enable Enfold, my WSYWYG-editor isn’t available anymore. Not in the default editor, as in the ALB. Disabling all my plugins doesn’t change anything. When I switch to 2017 as theme, I’ve got my WSYWYG-editor back. In my child-theme’s function.php is nothing added.
Do you have any idea what can cause this problem? I’ve added the url to the private section.
Regards,
Erwin

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,

ErwinJune 21, 2018 at 8:51 am #975687Hi Erwin,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked your site and wysiwyg is working in textblock, I checked your page using the twentyseventeen theme and it’s just the default editor showing.
Can you show us a screenshot of wysiwyg editor you are referring?
Also I noticed that there are lots of Enfold theme in Appearance > Themes, please remove others and just keep one, or you can just move older versions of Enfold in the wp-content folder from the themes folder.Best regards,

Thank you for looking into it. I see the editor as seen in the screenshot. I’m using chrome.
June 21, 2018 at 11:20 am #975750Hi Erwin,
Thanks for giving us a screenshot, I think that’s the default Editor which shouldn’t show up when Advance Layout Builder is enabled.
This is removed since we have Text Block to use instead of the default editor. If I misunderstood it please let me know.Best regards,
NikkoJune 21, 2018 at 8:41 pm #975969Hi,
It’s indeed the default editor without enabling ALB. But when I enable it and dd a textblock, it’s the same thing. See my screenshot.
I just found out that the editor is shown in safari. Mostly chrome works very well, so I’m wondering what causes this.
I don’t think it’s related, but on the homepage of that site the images should open a video in a popup. That was working before the last update. Perhaps it does make sense….

Erwin

June 22, 2018 at 10:29 am #976207Hi Erwin,
I checked it using Chrome and Safari but it works fine on my end (see screenshot in private content for both browsers).
I do see mixed content errors which might cause problems on your end (2nd screenshot).
This can be fixed using search & replace plugins and replacing http:// to https://Best regards,
