Wrong Main Menu Links

I don’t know how to close that topic – the problem is solved.
2 Ninja Form Extensions caused the problem

Hi,

I have a multilingual website – the main language is german the second english

A couple of days agoI created a new page with a new form created with Ninja Forms (I had some before)
yesterday I updated – but the problem might have been there before.

The problem is just at the english version:
• The Main Menu has 5 links – 3 of them are individual links
• only 1 link to a page works correct
• all other 4 main menu links are now linked to that new page with the survey
• all second level links from the main menu work perfekt

So I created a new english main menu – the problem is still there.

When I open the Home page the permalink is still correct but when I click Preview without opening the page I get linked to the survey page.

Than I deactivated Ninja Forms – but I still come to the survey page (without the survey now) after 5 times clear cache
Than I deleted the survey page -emptied the wastebasket, cleared cache 3 times but still get connected to that survey page without the survey
