Hello to the team,
I use Enfold Theme 5.6.12. and have problems with the display of the accordeon-slider.
Please have a look at the website https://thesanctuary.me/ausbildungen/ andAn image in the slider is displayed large and distorted. The problem occurs in various browsers, but only on the desktop. Even deleting and re-creating it multiple times doesn’t help, to solve the problem. It is really a severe problem, which should be solved urgently.

The original image is not very large, please try to select a large image. You might want to consider using a vertial image instead of a horizontal one.

thanks for your reply. I want the slider with horizontal images. A couple of months ago, the accordion slider on both sides worked perfect.
Perhaps it happened during an update? For my client this problem is really severe, and I am looking for a solution since two weeks.
How can I send some screenshots to show you, what it should look like?

You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. Here are the steps to follow:

meanwhile I spoke to our Webdeveloper and he found a correlation between a plugin regarding caching and the display. I deactivated the WP fastes cache plugin and now the display of the accordion slider is ok in different browsers and platforms.
Do you know about this phenomena?

Thank you for the update.
Good to know that you managed to identify the cause of the issue. Did you enable the compression or minification option of the cache plugin? If so, you may need to deactivate the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to avoid any unexpected results from redundant compression.
