Wpml menu active background

I try to get away the background on the active language but don’t find the way, it wasn’t there before but with the updates of the theme, wp etc it was both on the theme menu and the wpml menu. For the theme I succeded to remove the background with the following code, see below but didn’t find the way for the wpml menu so would be thankful for help with that

background:none!important;
}
