    Hi,

    I am not sure is this is an Enfold problem or WPML‘s. I have duplicated my media library and the website (www.franchiseelites.com) has two languages so far. When I want to insert a Gallery in the Farsi version, picutures are not the same as the ones I chose in the Gallery. It shows some other irelevant pictures.

    Have you guys faced such a problem before?

    Hey afarahani!

    Please make sure you’re using the lates tversion of WPML and the media libary extension. Update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.2. Then deactivate all plugins and re-activate WPML and all WPML extensions. Then check you galleries and try to set the images on your Farshi website.

    Peter,

    1) Do you mean deactivating all plugins or just WPML plugins?

    2) If I deactivate WPML plug-in, does it affect my translated pages? I don’t want any kind of mess in translated pages!

    Hi!

    1) Yes, deactivate all plugins and then reactivate just the WPML plugin and WPML extensions. Maybe another plugin conflicts with WPML and you can eliminate this risk if you deactivate all other plugins.

    2) No, the existing data will not be affected if you deactivate WPML. However you must not remove/uninstall it completely.

    Peter, the problem still persists even though I did everything you said and upgraded to the latest version. Any idea?

    Please post the login details here and set it as a private reply. I’m really not sure what’s causing the issue. We would like to take a look inside. I’ll ask Dude to check this thread again.
