WPML – Make themes work multilingual unchecking "Adjust IDs for multilingua…."

Hello Support.
In WPML options page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=sitepress-multilingual-cms%2Fmenu%2Flanguages.php
(Wpml->languages)

Under: Make themes work multilingual
It says:
This feature turns themes into multilingual, without having to edit their PHP files.
[CHECKED] Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality
Note: auto-adjust IDs will increase the number of database queries for your site.

If I Uncheck this: “Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality” Will the Enfold theme be fully compatible? (ref: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/should-i-check-or-clear-adjust-ids-for-multilingual-functionality/)

It would be expected but i would like to know. I’m sure others would like to know this also :)
