Hi!
I would like to ask you if there is any plugin you could recommend me to add a Popup for Subscriptions to Newsletter in my website compatible with Mailchimp and also compatible with WPML.
Or if there is another way to do it without a plugin.

I’m not sure about WPML but you can combine OptinMonster with MailChimp. http://optinmonster.com/docs/connect-optinmonster-mailchimp/
