You are currently using an older version of Enfold. We made Enfold 4.6.4 beta version available today and i attached it in private content field. Could you please update the theme to the latest version and check if that helps?

The website I am talking about is http://www.oasisadultdaycare.com, not seolatino.com
This is the problem this page http://www.oasisadultdaycare.com/1-principal/ is a copy this one http://www.oasisadultdaycare.com/ but in spanish
1) It does not show the same in the backend as the frontend
2) It does not save the changes
3) It is showing boxed layout, it should show stretched layout as the home pageHi,

1. I checked the backend and frontend and it looks the same all elements are present. If you still have an issue please try to clear the cache and check again.
If you still have an issue let us know exactly what elements you do not see showing up on the frontend?
2. I added 2 images for testing purpose and saved the page it worked fine. Please check the Fullscreen element.
3. The homepage in both the languages is showing the stretch layout.
