Hi,
we added a new language to our site with WMPL. As we changed the site settings for that particular language all of the style / font / colours reseted and it now doesnt match the visuals of the other language version. We tried to import the settings from the working language version but it did nothing as well as completely reseting and deleting WPML.
Now we are in a situation where we cant add the language since it automatically uses the wrong style settings. Any tips on how to duplicate the working visual settings for this language or to completely erase the settings and create a new version of this language?

The settings and styling are individual for each language, did you try exporting and importing the theme settings including Quick CSS for each language?

We tried the Export / Import Theme Settings File but it didnt work. When we try to change something from the theme settings for that particular language (like the color of the footer), nothing happens: the changes wont apply for some reason.
Could you please take a look at it to see if there is something that can be done?

Hi,
unfortunately we couldnt wait for support and had to go and delete wordpress from that server alltogether to be able to get the site working again. After we started from scratch we were able to get the site running the way we wanted.
