Hi guys. I decided to translate my website with WPML (from Italian to English): I bought it, I installed it, and I started.

I succesfully translated the homepage => OK!

I then started translating my first Portfolio post… I translated it with the Advanced Editor, I completed it… but when I open the page in English, I see only TITLES in English. The TEXT BOXES and other parts are still in Italian.

I am in contact with the WPML support, they claim there is some conflict with other plugins. I therefore deactivated in the staging environment ALL plugins but the WPML ones. I still have the same issue, also translating other Portfolio pages: I complete the translation in the Advanced editor, but when I open the English page, it still see the majority of the page in Italian.

Only the first portfolio seems to be succesfully translated, but it has been “forced” by hand by the WPML support: https://staging.sentierigressoney.it/sentieri/gressoney-saint-jean-sentiero-15-castello-savoia/

All other porfolios, when translated, remain in Italian. You can try with the second one: https://staging.sentierigressoney.it/sentieri/gressoney-saint-jean-sentiero-14-saint-jean-trinite/

Is is something you ever heard of? I am giving here access to my Staging environment, in case it helps.

THX in advance for any help you may give me.

Guys, I am leaving it here in case any other user in the future encounter the same issue.
I had to deactivate the BLOCK EDITOR and use the CLASSIC EDITOR.

Now, with the CLASSIC EDITOR, I save a Portfolio, I launch the WPML Advanced Editor, I translate everything, I save it, and the portfolio page is correctly translated.

You can close the ticket, guys, unless you don’t want to ask me something to investigate why this is happening. I am so happy to have solved it.
    Bye,
    A.-
