I would like to add the WPML flags in the extra elements space above the header, same as done on this website:
What do I need to change?

Hi markvanhaze!
You can go to WPML settings and choose to display language switcher in menu and choose your secondary menu which you should choose to display in Enfold theme options > Header > Extra Elements
