    The flags remain in the mobile menu even if it’s turned off in the WPML options. I know there are a few topics about this issue on the forum but the solutions provided there did not work.

    Hey nurtureatlantic,

    Do you want to hide them completely? You can delete the language switcher in the menu here

    No I still want the language switcher. I have it set up as text only, but in the mobile menu, the flags are there in addition to the text. I only want the text.

    I loaded the mobile version and I cant see where are the flags at all.
    Can you please define where they are located?
