    Hi,
The main language of my website is French, the second one is English.
When i change something in the FR Enfold everything is ok, but when i want to change in the EN Enfold, i have this error “saving didnt work! please reload the page and try again”.
Please help me to fix that.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey manv83!

try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

    Cheers!

I have the same problem – which started yesterday with the latest WPML upgrade. If I disable WPML I can save the Enfold settings, when it is enabled I get:

    Saving didnt work! [sic]

Memory is at 128M. Any suggestions?

    Hi @greenstones,

Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks,

I think is WPML the problem, when it’s disabled, everything it’s ok…!
But I need a multilangue website, so I need WPML :)

After reseting WPML, everything works !

    I find something new !

When I choose 1st option for the language link format :
    http://www.mywebsite.com/ – French, http://www.germesa.com/en/ – English
    It’s bug and I can’t save.

But when I choose the 3rd option :
    http://www.mywebsite.com?lang=en – English
    Everything it’s OK !

Had same problem but i solved it ….
I changed the URL-Format in WPML, made my changes in the theme-settings-file of Enfold and changed the Url-Format in WPML again
Stupid way …. but it works … :-)

@docperi, can’t find the theme-settings-file, where is it?

    Hi!

    @manv83
: I think what @docperi meant is that he change the wpml url format before changing anything in the theme options then revert the wpml url settings back. This is a little inconvenient but it works somehow. If you can provide the login details to the site, we’ll check it.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
