Hi
I have been trying to get WPMD up and running and whilst the download element is operating correctly the upload is failing continuously. I’ve spoken to WPMD support who have responded with this:
“Your current theme is removing the plupload script which is required for the upload. I tried the frontend upload with Twenty Twelve theme and it works fine. Please report the issue to the theme support”
Do you have any ideas regarding what may be causing the issue? any assistance would be appreciated.Enfold is currently running at version: 4.5.3 and I have already disabled all plugins in order to confirm there is no conflict.
kind regards

What is WPMD and where can we see the problem you are having?

Have you tried to contact the plugin developer?

Yes and their suggestion was that it is an issue with the theme as discussed in my original post. I would appreciate a formal response to the issue as clearly I will need to seek a refund for the plugin (and source an alternative) if they were incorrect in their assertion.
kind regards

Any chance of a response to this please, is it the ‘Enfold’ theme:
“Your current theme is removing the plupload script which is required for the upload. I tried the frontend upload with Twenty Twelve theme and it works fine. Please report the issue to the theme support”
If not I need to go back to them?kind regards
PaulFebruary 11, 2019 at 5:15 am #1065280Hi,
I would like to apologize for the late response.
The theme is not removing any of the WPDM script, at least not intentionally, but it’s possible that one of its dependencies is being conditionally loaded by the theme. Please ask the plugin author if the script has any dependencies and if it does, ask for the names or script handles.
Best regards,
