Can you post the link to your website please? Have you tried deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps?

You’re using 2.9.1. Please download version 2.9.2. You can now upgrade to WP 4.0.
Cheers!
IsmaelOctober 1, 2014 at 12:54 pm #328011same problem here, and in the backend I also have a problem with the advanced layout builder that doesn’t load.
I think this is a Ajax problem.
I would update enfold, but I’m afraid to lost all the changes I’ve done, and I can’t use the settings’ export function
for the same reason of above. All this has been generated by the auto-update at WP version 4.0.
Any suggestion?
October 1, 2014 at 12:56 pm #328014PS: My actual Enfold version is the 2.5.4 and the website is http://www.lineout.eu
October 1, 2014 at 12:56 pm #328015Hey!
@morgantar Can you post the link to your website please? Have you modified theme files? If you have not, you can go ahead and update the theme, your content is saved on your database. Please also see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/Cheers!
YigitOctober 1, 2014 at 8:29 pm #328452Hi yigit, thank you for the replay.
the link is http://www.lineout.euThe theme have been modified by me (header.php, function.php, custom.css)
October 1, 2014 at 8:53 pm #328482Hi!
Looks awesome! Great job :)
Well in that case, you can downgrade WordPress ( https://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/ ) or you can apply the changes to the new version using a child theme. You should make the changes you made in Header.php in includes/helper-main-menu.php fileRegards,

Welcome back! :) I guess it would be the best if you create a testing site first and update theme, apply the changes you have made and when all is well, you can move it to main server. Trying to troubleshoot an issue on old version of Enfold running on old version of WordPress would be impossible at the moment :/

YigitOctober 15, 2014 at 11:50 pm #336456I have the same issue…
October 16, 2014 at 7:29 am #336582Hey!

IsmaelDecember 16, 2014 at 1:41 pm #368894Hello,
I use the last version of enfold, and the last version of WordPress, but I encountred the same problem.
On the admin side, on edit page, my js console say : Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: a[rel=]
When I use the advanced builder, it say : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefinedHow can I solve this ?
One the front side, my contact form don’t work, too : http://www.nisiotis.fr/contact/
Thnx for any help :-)
December 16, 2014 at 2:23 pm #368900Hi!
You are currently using a very old version of Enfold which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0.1. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.4 preferably via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
YigitDecember 19, 2014 at 12:50 pm #370526I have the same error and i modified some files of theme. And now? Noooooo………
December 19, 2014 at 1:11 pm #370537Hey!
Please use a child theme and move your modified files to your child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
You can download pre-built child theme here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/Cheers!
