WP-Rocket offers a variety of file optimizations such as: “Minify HTML,” “Combine Google Fonts files,” “Minify CSS,” “Combine CSS files,” “Minify Javascript,” “Combine Javascript files,” and “Load Javascript deferred.” The question of concern is will any of these settings conflict with the performance settings of ENFOLD 4.5?
Thank you,

Hey J,
There can be some conflicts, but we cannot tell where exactly. You can try the settings and see which ones work for you and which do not.
Best regards,
Victoria
We really need a better answer than this. Regardless of whether or not it is specific settings for WP Rocket (which I would also like) we need to know the settings for the following theme Performance optimizations for minifying:
Excluded CSS Files with Paths
Excluded JavaScript Files with Paths
Exclude files from CDN with Paths
All of this is essential for Enfold customers regardless of what plugin we use – wouldn’t you agree? I’ve seen lots of comments about this on multiple threads – and a lot of them are either unclear or don’t add up. Surely Kriesi can provide clear guidance on this matter?
Hi kylerollins,
There is no straight forward answer to what might be needed to exclude, why do you need to exclude resources from caching/minification and which are those resources? If you don’t need to exclude anything then please leave them blank.
Best regards,
Rikard
so if I understand correctly, there are no ‘defaults’ that need to be excluded for the Enfold theme?
Hi kylerollins,
If everything is working as it should, then you don’t have to exclude anything :-)
Best regards,
Rikard
OK – thanks.
I saw a lot of other posts saying to exclude certain theme files so its helpful to have a mod say that is not a chapter in the kriesi bible.
Hi kylerollins,
No, not at all. Resources should only be excluded if there’s actually a problem with one of them.
Best regards,
Rikard
TYVM!
