WP LayerSlider not showing up

I have spent quite a bit of time creating some custom sliders and put them into a page layout. They work fine in the Layerslider preview window but when I update they do not appear on the published page. I tried to get support from the LayerSlider site but since the plugin was not purchased by me but rather came as part of this theme, they will not give me support and said you were responsible.
