    Hi there,

I’m creating a website where job listings will be used. These listings are added via the plugin “WP Job Manager”. I’d like to adjust the featured images of these job listings.

For me, the image is being displayed in 3 sizes: 1210x423px / 3x3em / 705x470px. (For referring links see private content.)
The smaller sizes (3x3em / 705x470px) are displayed correctly. Unfortunately, the featured image (1210x423px) of a single job listing somehow seems to be “centered centered”. This means, heads are cropped – and that’s not so cool. ;)
Since the featured image isn’t defined as a background image I can’t adjust the “background-position”. Of course, I also tried to use different image sizes but unfortunately, either one or another of the images is being cropped in a weird way.

Do you have any idea how I could solve this (no, I don’t want to hide the images and they should be only adjusted in the job listings) by using CSS?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Anyone? :)

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

It is possible to adjust the default size of the “entry_without_sidebar” thumbnail. That is the thumbnail used in the single post page. Install the Simple Image Sizes plugin, go to the Settings > Media panel, look for the said thumbnail, then adjust the width and height. Update the new options and then regenerate the thumbnails.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
